The Service is designed for beauty and wellness businesses to manage appointments, communicate with clients, and streamline operations. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with this intended use.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Illegal Activities

You must not conduct any activity that violates applicable laws, process payments for illegal goods or services, or facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing.

Harmful Content

You must not transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or abusive content, upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, or distribute malware or harmful software.

Abuse of AI Features

You must not manipulate the AI to generate harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content, use AI features to impersonate another person, attempt to extract the AI system prompt, or use AI for purposes unrelated to booking and client management.

Data Misuse

You must not collect data beyond what is necessary for booking, sell or share Client data without consent, use Client data for unsolicited marketing, or attempt to access other Subscribers' data.

System Abuse

You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the Service, use bots or scrapers without permission, or circumvent security measures or rate limits.

Commercial Misuse

You must not resell or redistribute the Service, use it to build a competing product, share account credentials, or exceed usage limits through workarounds.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring all users of your account comply with this policy, the content you enter, obtaining consents from your Clients, and promptly reporting any violations.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations, remove violating content, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.
