Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial
All new Subscribers receive a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No payment details are required. At the end of the trial, if you do not select a paid plan, your account will be placed on hold. Data is retained for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by contacting hello@getlaima.com or through your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made. Data is retained for 30 days after the billing period ends.
You may request an export of your data before cancellation by emailing hello@getlaima.com. We will provide your data in CSV or JSON format within 7 business days.
3. Refunds
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription. Contact hello@getlaima.com within 14 days of your first payment.
After the guarantee period: Monthly subscriptions have no refund for the current period. Annual subscriptions have no partial refund for remaining months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
Exceptions: We may consider refunds for extended outages (exceeding 48 hours), billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances.
Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Plan Changes
Upgrading: You may upgrade at any time. The price difference is prorated.
Downgrading: Takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Price Changes
We may adjust prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from the next billing period. You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
6. Consumer Rights
United Kingdom: You may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts.
European Union: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.
Australia: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded.
